* 1/3 c. mayonnaise
* 1/3 c. sour cream
* 1 Tbsp. prepared Dijon mustard
* 1 tsp. lemon juice
* 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 c. red onion, chopped
* 1/2 c. celery, chopped
* 1-1/2 lb. rock shrimp meat, cooked
* 1/4 c. slivered almonds
* salt and pepper to taste
* 4 hoagie rolls, sliced
* iceberg lettuce, shredded
* 2 tomatoes, sliced
1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire, onion and celery in a medium bowl. Gently add shrimp and almonds. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. To serve, fill rolls with shrimp mixture. Add shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
