Simple Spread
* 1 oz. ripe Fresh California Avocado
* salt to taste
Garlic Spread
* 1 oz. ripe Fresh California Avocado
* 1/2 clove of garlic, finely minced
* salt to taste
Sweet Spread
* 1 oz. ripe Fresh California Avocado
* 1 tsp orange marmalade
* pinch of ginger to taste
1. In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
2. Stir in desired ingredients.
3. Spread on toast and serve.
