* 1 1/2 lb. Florida grouper fillets
* 1 tsp. paprika
* non-stick cooking spray
* 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
* 8 oz. fresh Florida mushrooms, sliced
* 1 tsp. ground thyme
* 1 tsp. ground marjoram
* 1 tsp. ground savory
* 1 c. green onions, chopped
1. Cut fillets in pieces, approximately 2x2 in.; toss with paprika.
2. Lightly oil large skillet with cooking spray; brown fish on medium-high until it flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from heat, set aside and keep warm.
3. In the same skillet combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, thyme, marjoram and savory; simmer on medium-low heat until mushrooms are tender. Divide tomato sauce mixture evenly into four soup bowls; add fish and top with green onions.
