Spicy Oysters

+ 4 fresh oysters, shucked
+ 1 Tbsp. butter, softened + 1 Tbsp. white breadcrumbs + 1 clove garlic, crushed + 1 Tbsp. red chili, finely chopped + 2-3 basil leaves, roughly chopped What to do:
1. Preheat the broiler. Put the butter in a small bowl and add the breadcrumbs, garlic, chili and basil. Bind together to make a paste. Divide the paste into four and place on top of each oyster.
2. Broil until the paste has melted and is lightly browned on top.
