Chicken and Vegetable Rice

+ 1-1/3 c. water
+ 1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Whole Grain White Rice Long Grain + 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil + 1 lb. (about 6-8 pieces) chicken tenderloins + 10 oz. mixed vegetables (frozen) + 1 c. marinara sauce (prepared) + 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded What to do:
1. Prepare rice according to pkg. instructions.
2. In a separate sauté pan, heat oil and sauté chicken tenderloins (about 3 min. per side). Add vegetables to sauté pan. 3. Once rice is cooked, add to sauté pan and mix well. Add marinara sauce; mix well until mixture is hot. 4. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve. |
