Banana Oatmeal Cookies

What you need:

+ canola oil cooking spray
+ 3 medium bananas, mashed
+ 2 1/2 c. rolled oats (625 mL)
+ 1/4 c. canola oil (60 mL)
+ 1/2 c. granulated sugar (125 mL)
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray two cookie sheets with canola oil cooking spray.
2. In bowl, gently stir together all ingredients until well combined.
3. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheets, flatten slightly and bake for 10-12 minutes.
