Firecracker Barbecue Pork

What you need:

+ 3 lb. pork roast
+ 3/4 c. bottled bbq sauce
+ 1/3 c. orange marmalade
+ 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
What to do:
1. Season roast with salt and pepper; place over indirect heat in medium-hot grill.
2. Stir together remaining ingredients and baste every 8-10 min. with mixture, until roast is done about 30-40 min. (20 min. per pound), until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145°F.
3. Remove roast from oven; let rest about 10 min. before slicing to serve. Discard any leftover basting mixture.
