Cajun Pork Roast

+ 2 lb. loin pork roast
+ 3 Tbsp. paprika + 1/2 tsp. red pepper (cayenne) + 1 Tbsp. garlic powder + 2 tsp. oregano + 2 tsp. thyme + 1/2 tsp. salt + 1/2 tsp. white pepper, ground + 1/2 tsp. cumin + 1/4 tsp. nutmeg What to do:
1. Combine all seasonings and rub well over all surfaces of roast.
