+ 1 whole pork tenderloin (about 1 lb.)+ 2 tsp. lemon pepper
+ 1/2 tsp. cayenne (red pepper), or pepper blend seasoning What to do:
1. Rub tenderloin with both peppers seasonings, covering entire surface.
2. Place in shallow roasting pan and roast in 425°F oven for 20-27 min. until internal temperature (measured with a meat thermometer) reads 145°F. 3.
