Wisconsin Turkey Pizza Burger

What you need:

+ 3 Tbsp. butter
+ 1 c. diced celery
+ 3 c. cooked turkey, finely chopped
+ 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
+ 1 tsp. salt
+ 1 tsp. ground oregano
+ 1/2 tsp. pepper
+ 8 slices (1 oz. each) Wisconsin Provolone cheese
+ 4 hamburger buns (8 halves) toasted and buttered
What to do:
1. Melt butter in large skillet. Sauté celery slowly until tender. Add turkey and cook until warmed. Add tomato sauce and seasonings; simmer.
2. Arrange bun halves on baking sheet. Spoon approximately 1/2 c. turkey mixture over each half. Top with a slice of Wisconsin cheese.
3. Bake at 300°F for 5 min., or until cheese melts.
