Easy Teriyaki Chicken and Brown Rice Dinner

What you need:

+ 1 Tbsp. oil
+ 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
+ 1-1/2 c. water
+ 1/3 c. lite teriyaki sauce
+ 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
+ 2 c. MinuteŽ Brown Rice, uncooked
+ 2 c. frozen broccoli florets
+ 1/2 c. salted peanuts (optional)
What to do:
1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until cooked through.
2. Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice, broccoli and peanuts, if desired; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.

* For added color and texture, add diced red peppers and carrots with the broccoli.
