Mustard-Pepper Beef Steaks

+ 4 boneless beef top loin (strip) steaks, cut 1-in. thick (about 2-1/2 to 3 lbs.)
+ salt (optional) Mustard-Pepper Sauce: + 1/4 c. apple juice or apple cider + 2 Tbsp. coarse grind Dijon-style mustard + 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley + 4 large cloves garlic, minced + 1 tsp. coarse grind black pepper What to do:
1. Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl. Remove and reserve 1/4 c. for basting. Brush steaks with remaining sauce.
2. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 11-14 min. (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, 11-15 min.) for medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness, turning occasionally.
